Know exactly what people find when they search for you
A complete, evidence-led picture of what people find about you and which routes can change it.
A Reputation Audit records every search result, review, article, social thread and AI answer tied to your name or brand, grades each by harm and accuracy, and tells you which removal, repair and protection routes are realistically open. It is the starting point for every engagement we take on.
Who this is for
- Individuals and executives who want to understand their search results before acting
- Businesses facing a review, press or search problem and needing a plan, not a sales pitch
- Anyone who has tried to fix a result themselves and wants a second view
Who it is not for
- Situations needing action within hours: open an Emergency Reputation Rescue case instead
What the work involves
Branded search analysis
Page one and two of Google and Bing for your name, brand and key variations, in the countries that matter to you, with results classed as positive, neutral, negative or inaccurate.
Review and rating analysis
Ratings, volume, recency and response patterns on Google, Trustpilot and sector platforms, including suspected fake or policy-breaching reviews.
Media and forum exposure
News coverage, Reddit and forum threads, video and image results that attach to your name.
AI answer check
What ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Copilot and Google AI Overviews say about you, and which sources they rely on.
Route assessment

Frequently asked questions
How long does an audit take?
Most audits for an individual or a single brand are delivered within five to ten working days. Multi-brand or multi-country audits are scoped individually.
Is the audit fee credited against further work?
Yes. If you instruct us on the recommended work within 30 days, the audit fee is credited against it.
Do I have to use you for the work afterwards?
No. The report is yours. It is written so that you, your solicitor or your in-house team can act on it.
What do you need from me?
The names, brands and variations to check, the countries that matter, and anything you already know about the problem. Nothing else is required to start.
How is this different from the free Reputation Exposure Score?
The free score is a self-assessment you complete in minutes. The audit is carried out by an analyst, covers every surface in depth and includes a route assessment for each harmful item.
Is my enquiry confidential?
Yes. You can make first contact without giving your name, we sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share case details, and case files are held in restricted, encrypted storage with access limited to your case team.
