Correct what AI assistants say about you
Correct inaccurate AI answers by fixing the sources assistants rely on.
AI assistants summarise what they find in the sources they trust. When they repeat an old allegation, confuse you with someone else or describe you wrongly, the fix is at the source: correcting inaccurate pages, strengthening authoritative ones, publishing clear facts and structured data, and using provider feedback routes. We measure answers before and after.
Who this is for
- Businesses misdescribed by AI assistants
- People whose past is over-represented in AI summaries
- Organisations confused with others of a similar name
Who it is not for
- Attempts to plant false information in AI systems
What the work involves
Baseline testing
Structured prompts across assistants, repeated to measure patterns.
Source correction
Correcting or updating inaccurate pages, including through the removal routes above.
Authoritative facts
Clear fact pages, structured data and an llms.txt file on your own site.
Third-party consistency
Consistent facts across directories, profiles and reference sources.
Provider feedback
Using the feedback and reporting tools each provider offers.
How the work runs
- Search mappingWe identify the queries that matter and every result competing for them.
- Asset planWe decide which owned, earned and third-party assets can credibly outrank the problem.
- Build and publishProfiles, pages, articles and entity data are created or corrected, all truthful and attributable.
- Measure and adjustRankings are tracked weekly and the plan is adjusted to what the search engine rewards.
What you receive
- Before and after answer scorecards
- Source correction log
- Fact page and structured data
- Quarterly retest
What we cannot promise
- No one can guarantee specific wording from an AI system. We improve the sources and measure the change.
Frequently asked questions
How long before answers change?
Assistants with live web search can reflect changes within weeks. Others update on their own schedules.
What is llms.txt?
A plain-text file on your site that points AI tools to your most important, accurate pages. It is not a standard every assistant uses, but it costs little to provide.
Can an AI answer be defamatory?
Potentially. We document it and coordinate with solicitors where appropriate.
Do you work with the AI companies?
We use their public feedback and reporting routes. We have no special access.
Is this the same as GEO?
It uses similar techniques, but the aim is accuracy about you, not visibility for marketing.
Is my enquiry confidential?
Yes. You can make first contact without giving your name, we sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share case details, and case files are held in restricted, encrypted storage with access limited to your case team.
