Remove Google reviews that break Google's rules
Report and appeal Google reviews that breach Google's policies, with evidence and follow-through.
Google removes Business Profile reviews that break its policies: fake engagement, conflicts of interest, off-topic content, harassment, hate and personal information. We check each review against those policies and your customer records, report the ones that qualify with evidence, use Google's review management and appeal process, and help you respond well to the genuine ones.

Frequently asked questions
How long does Google take?
Reports are often reviewed within days; appeals can take longer.
Can you remove a one-star review with no text?
Only if it breaks a policy, for example because it is fake engagement. A rating alone is not grounds.
Do I need to give you access to my profile?
Manager access speeds things up, but we can also guide you through each step.
What about reviews from former employees?
Reviews from employees or ex-employees about their employment may breach the conflict of interest policy.
Is my enquiry confidential?
Yes. You can make first contact without giving your name, we sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share case details, and case files are held in restricted, encrypted storage with access limited to your case team.
