How do I remove fake Google reviews?

The answer
Google removes reviews that break its policies, including fake engagement, conflicts of interest, off-topic content, harassment and hate. Report each review from your Business Profile, choosing the most accurate reason, and keep records showing the reviewer was not a customer. If reports are not upheld, use the review management tools in your profile to appeal. Genuine negative reviews are not removed, so reply to those professionally.
