Who we are

DigitalRepu Limited, registered in England and Wales, is the controller of personal data collected through this website. You can contact us through our Confidential Consultation System or by post at The Stanley Building, 7 Pancras Square, London N1C 4AG.

What we collect

  • Enquiries. The details you give in our forms: the type of enquiry, jurisdiction, urgency, and any name, email address and description you choose to provide. We do not collect phone numbers and do not make or take phone calls.
  • Technical data. Our web server records standard request logs. For spam prevention we store a keyed hash of your IP address for up to one hour.
  • Tool answers. The Reputation Exposure Score, RTBF checker and AI Reputation Check run in your browser. Answers are not sent to us unless you choose to send a result with an enquiry.

Why we use it and our lawful basis

  • To respond to your enquiry and take steps at your request before entering a contract (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
  • To keep our website secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interests, Article 6(1)(f)).
  • Where you share special category information, such as health details, we process it only with your explicit consent or where necessary for legal claims.

Who we share it with

Our hosting and email providers, acting as processors under contract; solicitors or other advisers only with your agreement; and authorities where the law requires. We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

Where data is transferred outside the UK, for example to our New York office or to service providers, we use appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy regulations.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted within 12 months. Client files are kept for the period agreed in the engagement terms, and otherwise for as long as needed for legal and regulatory purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to processing, and request portability. To exercise a right, contact us using the details above. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
